Possible Copper Line Outage
The SVAA has been in receipt this week of several telecom notices that copper facilities will be retired in the following areas. If anyone is experiencing alarm communication failures in these areas or would like to proactively identify affected subscribers, we’d be happy to work with you in doing an analysis against our GIS mapping data for these specific DA’s and CLLI’s to determine if your issue is part of the following copper retirement.
