Why we Do It
At the Silicon Valley Alarm Association we are about promoting the growth and professionalism of the Electronic Security Industry in the Silicon Valley. All that begins with members supporters like yourself. Our Alarm Association develops and manages programs to benefit members by providing them with:
- The resources of a booming and time tested industry
- Updated information regarding new and existing laws affecting us all
- A community who is craving to support one another at every turn.
Membership is the foundation for funding these programs, but we rely on the financial support of individuals and companies to expand existing programs and launch new initiatives. These non-dues revenues are critical for the protection of the industry in which we all make our livelihood, and to preserve our ability to enhance public safety in our communities.

I was introduced to the CAA in 2005 when the opportunity presented itself to get involved in the alarm industry in the capacity as Business Development Manager for Grand Central Station.
I have enjoyed participating in the many meetings and events the CAA has held over the past 13 years and have served as President and Vice-President and board member of the Sacramento Alarm Association as well as the SVAA and EBAA and am looking forward to bringing my past experience to work with the 2018 board members with Communication, Leadership and Vision for our members and our local community and will strive to bring the awareness and participation that is needed now and in the future.
